Regular Checks
A maintenance contract will include an inspection of all the components that may be prone to wear, clogging or inefficiency. Condensers and filters, for example, need frequent cleaning in order to work efficiently.
We’ll also check for any lost pressure and low refrigerant levels, and we’ll verify that all the system’s calibrations and settings are correct. This is important; a small error on a thermostat can translate into a significant increase in yearly utility bills.
TM44 Certification
Every business premises which has over 12.5kW of air conditioning has a legal requirement to have an energy assessment. We will gladly manage this process on your behalf.
Maintenance advice
and information
Having completed their maintenance and inspection work, our engineers will provide you with a report and they’ll sign off any equipment as necessary. (Note that annual leak testing is a legal requirement for any equipment containing 5 tonnes or more of Co2 equivalent.)
Importantly, we’ll also advise you about any issues that might be of future concern. We see ourselves as an extension to your team, so we’ll always be on the lookout for opportunities to save you money and improve the reliability of your systems. So if there are new techniques, products or other solutions that might help improve your bottom line, we’ll make it our business to tell you.
The Allcool Maintenance Team
We employ a dedicated administrative team to support our 17 engineers. All our air conditioning engineers are fully qualified and trained, and we assign them to particular customers. Consequently, you’ll see the same faces time after time, and they will quickly get to know you, your requirements and the equipment you operate.
