“On the initial phone call enquiry, the options for fitting an air conditioning unit were explained clearly and a site visit was arranged within a few days.
The different options regarding the location and installation of the units were clearly explained, a written quotation was promptly provided with the costed options.
Despite a high workload, due to the heatwave, an installation date (within a week) was confirmed.
The installation team, Karl and Jamie, arrived punctually and explained exactly what they were going to do. They were both professional and meticulous in all aspects of the job. Additionally, they were tidy, courteous and nothing was too much trouble.
