Maintenance Regime
An Allcool maintenance contract will include an inspection of all the elements that may be liable to wear or inefficiency. We’ll test motors and condensers, we’ll check pressures and refrigerant levels, and we’ll test that thermostats are correctly set. Experience shows that the resulting energy savings can make a big difference to your bottom line.
Refrigeration Maintenance Reports
Once their work is done, our maintenance engineers will submit a completed checklist and they’ll sign off any equipment as necessary. (Annual leak testing is a legal requirement for any equipment containing 5 tonnes or more CO2 equivalent.) We’ll also advise you about any issues that you might want to consider, such as the availability of more efficient new technologies or other ways to reduce your routine operating costs.
