Our dedicated installation engineers will ensure you have your specified system installed with minimum disruption and to the best standards possible. All our engineers attend manufacture run training courses to ensure they are up to date with all the latest technologies.

Maintenance

Maintenance contracts are tayloured to suit the individual need of the customer, we feel a well maintained system will prove to be cost effective.

With the complexity of Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Systems many equipment manufacturers will not honour warranty claims for equipment not installed or regularly maintained by appropriately qualified engineers.

We operate a 24hour 365 day of the year emergency service, our service control team will deal with your problem in a professional and competent manner before referring your problem to one of our qualified service engineers who will attend to your problem within 24 hours.

All Allcool (NW) Ltd service and installation engineers are qualified to City and Guild standard and hold the 2078 refrigerant handling qualification. All the company vehicles are equipped with specialised tools; testing equipment and refrigerant reclaim systems.
